Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hygiene or intimate-use products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
